Amazon will not act as your importer and will refuse shipments that arrive with the wrong labels, oversized cartons or missing paperwork. Most FBA problems start at the factory, which is why our China warehouse checks your cartons before they are loaded.
What we do for FBA shipments
- Label check. We confirm FNSKU labels on units and FBA carton labels on every box, and can print and apply them in our warehouse.
- Carton check. We check box weight and dimensions against Amazon's current limits before the goods leave China.
- Consolidation. Several suppliers can deliver to our warehouse and leave as one shipment.
- DDP import. We act through our customs partners so the goods are cleared and duties paid. Amazon receives a clean delivery.
- Appointment and delivery. For pallet and container deliveries we book the fulfillment center appointment; small parcel shipments go through express.
Sea or air to FBA?
Sea DDP is the standard for regular restocks. Air DDP fills the gap when stock is running low. A common pattern is sending 20 to 30 percent by air and the rest by sea, so you don't stock out while the container is on the water.

Yes, to fulfillment centers in Germany, the UK and other EU marketplaces, as well as the US.
Can you split one shipment across several fulfillment centers?
Yes. Amazon often assigns cartons to more than one FC. We split the shipment and deliver to each location.
My supplier doesn't put labels on. Can you?
Yes. Send us your label PDFs and we apply them in our Yiwu or Shenzhen warehouse before export.
